Nicole Threatt, LNHA
AdministratorNicole is a native of the Portsmouth/Chesapeake, Virginia area. She is an alumni of Virginia Commonwealth University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services and the University of Phoenix where she received her Master’s of Science in Health Care Administration. Upon graduation from VCU, she obtained her license as a Nursing Home Administrator in Virginia and subsequently in Indiana and Kentucky as well. Since then and for the past 30 years, she has been blessed and privileged to travel throughout those states assisting various Post Acute and Long Term Care facilities with achieving Federal and state regulatory compliance, census development and certification/re-certification issues. Although her job is very challenging and demanding it is just as rewarding and has in turn provided her the opportunity to gain invaluable experience while assisting those in need. Working with older adults in the Post Acute/LTC setting is truly her passion and she cannot think of anything else she would rather do.
In addition to being a huge Steelers fan, Nicole enjoys spending time with family, shopping and watching any type of murder/mystery movie and the ID channel. She has one beautiful daughter and just recently became a “Mimi” to her first grandchild, Ava Nicole.

Kim Cook
Director of NursingStafford County, VA had been Kim’s home for many years so it’s only fitting she join the Woodmont Center team as the Director of Nursing in December, 2018. She graduated from Stafford High School where she met and married her high school sweetheart. She quickly rose from the ranks of CNA, LPN to RN while raising their 2 sons. Kim has over 27 years of various nursing experience ranging from Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Public Health to Respiratory/Renal Patient Care before tackling SNF/LTC. Kim had 8 years experience as the Director of Nursing at a SNF/LTC facility when she arrived at Woodmont, and has consistently challenged the facility to superior standards. Besides nursing; shopping, relaxing on a beach and fishing are her other loves. One day she hopes to retire with her husband on a beach.

Kelley Cutler
Director of RehabMy name is Kelley Cutler. I graduated from Eastern Virginia Career College, where I received my Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
I was previously a PATH Therapeutic horseback riding instructor before going to college. I have been in the long term care setting since graduating in 2019 and at Woodmont since 2021. Although any management position is challenging, I truly enjoy working with the geriatric population and watching people regain their independence. The phenomenal staff is an added bonus.
I enjoy spending time with my family, I have a spunky, loving son, another baby on the way, and I am a bonus mom to another boy! I currently reside out in the country in Orange, VA which has not helped my online shopping addiction (Amazon loves me).
I look forward to working with the residents, family and staff members here at Woodmont.
