Culture, connection, and inclusivity go hand in hand.

International students at Kent Regency, and across many of our affiliated centers, play an important role in creating welcoming environments where diverse perspectives are valued and everyone feels a sense of belonging.

We’re grateful for the meaningful contributions they bring to our teams and the communities we serve.🌍

Day 9: Moments of Gratitude

We’re proud to share this heartfelt patient testimonial from Abbeyville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster, PA.

Patient Ruth Bailey shares:

“I have been to Abbeyville Skilled Nursing and Rehab before and it without a doubt is the place to be if you want proper care. Rehab is outstanding and will get you back on your feet. I am happy to be here among people who care. Of all the places you can send your loved one, this is it!”

Reviews like this, paired with Santa hats, Christmas cookies, and smiles, capture the compassion and holiday spirit our teams bring to their care every day. Thank you to the Abbeyville team for making a meaningful difference during this season of giving and connection.

Day 9

Day 8: Everyday Heroes

The Pheasant Wood Center team is officially ready for the holidays — Mariah Carey “All I Want for Christmas Is You” style! 🎄🎶

We love seeing our teams, residents, and patients, embrace creative social media trends and go above and beyond in making them their own. Moments like these highlight the positive energy, connection, and joy that fill our centers, especially during the holiday season!

Day 7: New Skills & Innovations

The It Starts With Me Customer Experience model represents a meaningful investment in our teams and the experiences we create every day. Recently launched across our organization, this model reinforces our commitment to leading with excellence in every interaction.

We bring this vision to life through Mastery Moments — focused, high-impact trainings designed to build capability, confidence, and consistency across our centers. By translating customer experience into clear, actionable behaviors, we are equipping our teams with the skills needed to deliver care experiences that set a higher standard for patients, residents, and families.

Because when we invest in our people and innovate with purpose, the experience truly begins with us.

Day 6: Family & Community Connections

Logan Center, one of our affiliated centers in Logan, WV, was honored to welcome the Wyoming County Honor Guard for a special holiday visit!

We are proud to honor the veterans we serve every day and grateful for this gesture that made the holiday season even more special.

Thank you to the Wyoming County Honor Guard for helping us recognize those who have given so much.

Day 6

Day 5: Joy in the Journey

Lofland Park in Seaford, DE recently brought the holiday spirit to life with a festive floor decorating contest!🎄✨

Each floor was beautifully decorated, with patients and residents joining the fun as judges across several categories. The event created meaningful engagement among our teams, patients, and residents—spreading joy and holiday cheer throughout the facility.

Congratulations to the First Floor Nursing Unit on earning the winning title! The compliments from patients, residents, and visitors highlight the care, creativity, and pride our teams bring every day.

Day 5

Day 4: Resident Success Stories

The gratitude shared by those we serve is a powerful reminder of why our work matters.

Francis Nutter, a patient at York South Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, recently shared:

“The nursing and therapy team have been wonderful. Everyone has been so kind, and I am truly grateful to have so many people helping me. Wayne and Lu made my stay even more comfortable and brought me so much laughter. Housekeeping was also great—Lucia was always so nice and kept my space spotless.”

The York South team adds, “Whether she’s sharing a smile or spending time with our caring team, Francis reminds us why we do what we do. Her presence brightens our halls, and her trust in our staff means the world to us.”

We’re grateful for moments like these that reflect the compassion, teamwork, and dedication our teams bring every day.

Day 4

Day 3: Quality Counts

Every day, our Certified Nursing Assistants show up with compassion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to provide quality care to the individuals and families we serve. As the foundation of our care teams, they build trust, provide comfort, and lead with heart in every interaction.

That’s why we’re proud to share that CNA retention across our organization increased from 2024 to 2025! 📈

When CNAs choose to stay, it reflects the strength of our teams and the supportive environment we’re building—one where caregivers feel valued, connected, and inspired by a meaningful mission.

To our CNAs: thank you for all that you do to make a difference every day. Your dedication means everything to the people we serve and the teams you support.
