Jake Komin, NHA, serves as the Chief Performance Officer at Genesis HealthCare. With a passion for transforming the lives of residents, families, and employees, Jake is an experienced professional and long-term care leader. Prior to joining the organization, Jake founded and presided over Longevity Health Plan, where he oversaw enrollment growth, managed P&L, monitored claims, ensured compliance, and improved clinical performance. Before his time at Longevity, Jake was a Partner at Zimmet Healthcare Services Group, where he developed and marketed new consulting products, specializing in Medicare, CMI, and HMO consulting services.
