AND WISHING WELL ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY AT FAIRMONT CAMPUS

Centers Are Now Under New Management

On January 1, 2009, Genesis HealthCare assumed management of Wishing Well Health Center and Wishing Well Manor, both located in Fairmont, WV.  Wishing Well Health Center , a 119-bed skilled nursing facility, has now changed its name to Tygart Center at Fairmont Campus.  And, Wishing Well Manor, which houses both a 120-bed skilled nursing and a 52-unit assisted living facility, has now changed its name to Pierpont Center at Fairmont Campus for the skilled nursing component and Wishing Well Assisted Living Community at Fairmont Campus.  The new names better reflect the change in management and services now offered to the patients and family members on the Fairmont Campus.

Now, with Tygart and Pierpont Centers and Wishing Well Assisted Living Community at Fairmont Campus, Genesis has 27 skilled nursing centers and five assisted living communities in the state of West Virginia .
