Friendliness
Staff was friendly, the facility is clean, and my grandmother looked to be in good health. I will not deny that it is an older facility but so far it is better than a last acute facility she was in, and that one was a very “new looking” facility.
Thank you
I visited a friend and was amazed at how clean and how friendly the staff was when she needed the assistance they were there for her and their garden area has a lot of room for visiting family members and friends, very beautiful site. and a low profile area thank you to the staff for taking very good care of my friend Elena.
Thank You
The staff is very helpful and always kind.
Compassionate
I was nervous when my mother arrived here but I was completely put at ease after meeting with the staff and seeing their interaction with the residents. It is so reassuring to know that your loved one is in a terrific place and is being treated just like the member of a loving family! My mother refused to go into a nursing home for years but now with only a few weeks in she already refuses to leave and go back home. That is something I never thought would happen. I can not say enough great things about Casa De Oro and mainly their staff I thank them from the bottom of my heart for making what could have been the worst experience of mine and my mothers lives into the best decision we made! My mother and I are completely satisfied and extremely happy! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
I really like the new check-in system. I believe that it improves the security. A lot.

When I walked in someone greeted with me and made sure I knew how to sign in. I then found social worker who helped me with members room #. Member wasn’t in his room so I asked a nurse and she got up and showed me he was in the dining area and pointed him out.
Safety
My mom is in casa de oro memory care and I'm very satisfied with the staffs care and attention they give my mom. They keep me informed of all activities. The place is remodeled and very clean. Staff still uses masks for my mom's protection. Recommend this place completely! Love CDO

I had my mother-in-lawi.in the care of Casa de Oro, in the memory care unit.since 2019, I was very impressed with the care she received there, she adapted very well to her new environment, when that time came for her to pass, I was able to witness the caring and compassiioate Care that she was given. Her care givers and nurses were so professional and experienced and knowledgeable, and very transparent with us.
Thanks
My mom is a resident at Casa de Oro. The love and care mom gets there is incredible. Mom is not an easy dementia resident and the patience the nurses have with her has been amazing. I just want to give a shout out to all the staff especially the nurses/caregivers you guys are awesome.
