Charleston, WV – Christina Starcher, a Senior Administrator at Genesis HealthCare-affiliated Cedar Ridge Center, was named Administrator of the Year by the West Virginia Health Care Association (WVHCA). This prestigious recognition celebrates Starcher’s outstanding leadership, compassionate approach to care, and her focus on creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.
With over 15 years of long-term care experience, Starcher’s leadership has been a driving force behind quality care and resident satisfaction. Nominated for her compassionate leadership and tireless efforts, Starcher has consistently prioritized the well-being of both her staff and residents. As an Administrator at Genesis she has consistently met and exceeded goals related to customer service, employee engagement, and clinical training, ensuring that the needs of the resident population were prioritized at every level.
