Continued excellence
Dear Madison, As I prepare to leave the Madison from my therapies, I must stop to thank the staff for their excellent care of their patients. I congratulate the staff on their smooth running of their organization. I leave the staff with my praises and affection. I never heard a harsh word from any department; they kept their good humor throughout. I wish you continued excellence. R.M.G
Very thankful
I have been to Madison Center several years ago and it feels as though nothing has changed, I am very thankful for everything they have done to get me home.

Positive Outcome!
Mr. Thomas Cofone is a 48 year old male who suffered multiple fractures in a Motor Vehicle Accident. While being evaluated in the Emergency Department he went into Cardiac Arrest. He is a husband and father of 2 young children. Tom was unable to complete his activity of daily living, along with battling the mental strain of such severe injuries, this prohibited him from going home from the hospital.
Upon admission to Madison Center, Tom required assistance to complete basic tasks including bathing, dressing, transfers, and walking. He was also suffering with increased levels of pain related to the number of fractures he sustained during the accident. Tom worked hard over the past 5 weeks and is now able to complete all of his own basic care needs and is walking with a cane and is ready to return home to his loving family. He has become a bright spot in the rehab department with his larger than life personality and is often heard cheering for others.
Tom is ready to leave the center but said “ I could not have done any of this without the help of therapy and the nursing staff.”
