Leanndra Kittle

Leanndra is a dedicated and results-driven healthcare professional with 18 years of proven expertise in navigating the complexities of the healthcare sector. Dr. Ayobami Ojutalayo

Dr. Ayobami Ojutalayo is a Board Certified Physician in Family Medicine. Dr. Ojutalayo graduated with an honors degree in biology from the Montclair State University in New Jersey after which he proceeded to acquire a Doctorate degree from the Ross University School of Medicine in 2007. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the prestigious Dartmouth Medical Residency Program in New Hampshire. During his residency training experience, he developed a passion for teaching other residents and was awarded the best resident teacher in his program. Dr. Ojutalayo has been with Genesis for the past five years.

Donna Paquin

Donna started as an agency nurse and joined our team 24 years ago as staff. Donna has grown throughout the company over the years going from floor nurse, to unit manager, to Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator, to now Director of Nursing. Staff and Residents recognize Donna for her compassion, knowledge, and willingness to help.

Brianne LaPlante, OT

Brianne is an Occupational Therapist and the Director of Rehabilitation at Ridgewood Center. She has been an OT for 20 years specializing in geriatrics, orthopedics and physical agent modalities. Brianne enjoys working with residents with dementia and supporting their families. 

When Brianne is not working she enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym and being outdoors.

Bryan Fischer

Bryan has been a PA for over 7 years with experience in Urgent Care and Neurosurgery. He obtained a degree in Nutrition & Wellness and is very passionate about health, exercise, nutrition, and ones overall well-being. While at Hackett Bryan will be working closely with the nursing and therapy team here to help support our patients progress in therapy to ensure a safe return home.  Bryan is a US Army Infantry Veteran, and a NH native.

Kelly Goodnow

Kelly joined the team at Ridgewood Center in September of 2022. Kelly has worked in LTC for 35 years throughout NH. She started at  Maitland street in Concord, which later was bought by Genesis and is now known as Harris Hill Center. During her time in LTC she worked in many roles including CNA, restorative aide, scheduling and  HR filling in where necessary however  finding her passion as Recreation Director. In 2021 Kelly switched her career path from Recreation Director to Admission Director. Kelly has enjoyed learning the new position and looks forward to working alongside the wonderful team at Ridgewood.

When she is not at work Kelly enjoys her 10 Grandchildren, traveling and hitting a casino or two.

Ludovic Duffroy, APRN

Ludo has been working at Ridgewood Center as a nurse practitioner since 2016. With over a decade of long-term care experience, he started his career at Ridgewood in 2006 as a registered nurse on their skilled unit. He obtained his nurse practitioner degree from Walden University with a specialty in adult-gerontology in 2016. In 2019, he was promoted Clinical Team Leader. Ludo is dedicated to providing high quality care to his patients as well as playing an integral role in developing and fostering a comprehensive and collaborative working environment.
