Siler City Center is a 150-bed skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from illness or injury. Crystal Wilson, RN
Director of NursingCrystal has worked at our Siler City Center since 2006, starting her career here as a direct patient care LPN. She later went on to obtain her RN license in 2010 and transitioned into a supervisor position. In 2015 Crystal became our Director or Nursing and has been a tremendous asset to our team.
Jared Dicks, PTA
Director of RehabilitationJared recently joined our team here at Siler City Center after relocating here from Florida. Jared has been a PTA for ten years and has a Bachelors in Healthcare Management from the College of Central Florida, a Masters in Health Administration from Walden University and he's Certified in Soft Tissue and Joint Mobilization. Jared says that he's excited to be at Siler City Center to make a positive difference and help our residents restore their physical quality of life.
Jaide Roberts
Director of AdmissionsJaide is the Director of Marketing and Admissions at Siler City Center. After years in retail management, she decided that she wanted to make a career change that gave her life purpose. She started working for a local hospice company, but the pandemic, as it did with most detoured her plans. It landed her at Siler City Center in April of 2023. Getting to help make even the slightest difference in people's lives, seeing their smiling faces, and knowing that she is aiding in their quality of life is what drives her everyday. Jaide has a one daughter and some fur babies that she enjoys spending time with. She ready to help you, or your family with short term rehab, long term care or respite needs.
