Haley Moore
AdministratorHaley has been with the Company since 2017. She graduated from West Virginia University Institute of Technology in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration. She went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Marshall University and graduated in 2018. Haley is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Executive Leadership from The University of Charleston. Haley’s background in HR, Admissions/Marketing and labor management in skilled nursing, acute care and state government as well as completion of her Administrator-In-Training program led her to lead centers both in the northern and southern part of the state. Haley most recently comes to us from right across the river at Dunbar Center, a sister center, where she most recently was awarded the Bronze Baldridge Quality Award. Haley is compassionate about her resident’s and patient’s quality of care and strives to provide the best home-like environment. She also believes in and promotes a positive work culture for her employees to grow and flourish within the center.

Dr. John Neville
Medical DirectorDr. Neville is WV Native and still holds to his roots practicing medicine in Charleston, WV and the surrounding areas. Dr. Neville is a ’93 Graduate from Marshall University, School of Medicine. Following med school Dr. Neville completed his residency with Charleston Area Medical Center from 1993-1996. He practices primary care with Dunbar Medical associates and became a Medical Director for Genesis Health Care in July 2013.

Danielle Raines, FNP
Nurse PractitionerDanielle attended WVU Institute of Technology in Montgomery, WV where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2003. Danielle worked as a RN for 15 years at CAMC General; while she completed her, Masters of Science degree from Marshall University in 2017. Danielle is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner by American Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed in West Virginia. She joined our Genesis Physician Services family over 3 years ago.

Alexus Pauley
Director of Marketing and AdmissionsAlexus started at Valley Center in 2021 where she has operated as the Director of Marketing and Admissions. She graduated from the University of Charleston in 2021 with an Associate in Arts in Nursing Degree. She began her healthcare career in 2015 as a Medical Assistant and has continued to pursue her career in the health care profession, working her way up with her growing knowledge and experience. She loves the ability to care for others and see the smile on our residents faces everyday. When she isn't adding new admissions to our growing family here at the center, she enjoys hanging out with her family and playing with her children.

Jennifer Graley
Director of NursingJennifer began her healthcare career in EMS, later attending the University of Charleston where she obtained her Nursing Degree in 2004. After becoming a nurse, she gained experience in the acute care, home health, and skilled nursing facility setting. Jennifer's experience with Valley Center began in 2005 when she started as a weekend supervisor, then moving to the Transitional Care Unit Manager role. She served as a CNA instructor within our organization and is now serving as the Director of Nursing here at Valley Center. Her strong clinical background allows her an advantage in successfully leading our talented team of skilled nurses to achieve positive outcomes for our resident and patient population.
