Rodica Anghel

Rodica Anghel is a Registered Nurse and a Nursing Home Administrator who has been practicing in Long-term Care since 2003 when she first became a nurse. Rodica worked for many years as a bedside nurse, unit manager, and later on as a clinical reimbursement nurse. She became a Nursing Home Administrator in 2018 and has recently transferred to Exeter Center from another affiliated facility in Massachusetts. Rodica's passion is to make a difference in the life of nursing home residents by improving safety and Quality of Care; she believes that all people deserve to be treated with dignity and have access to quality medical care. Outside of work, Rodica loves to travel within the USA and internationally, meet people from different cultures and try new foods.

Dr. Jatinder Aujla

Dr. Aujla is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a diverse and accomplished background in both clinical care and medical leadership. He began his medical training in General Surgery at Brown University but soon discovered his passion lay in the more personalized and comprehensive field of Internal Medicine. He made a pivotal transition and completed his residency as Chief Resident, reflecting his leadership and clinical acumen.

Following his training, Dr. Aujla served in post-operative care at the Cleveland Clinic and subsequently held Director roles in hospital medicine programs in Alabama and Massachusetts. Most notably, he led the hospitalist program at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport, Massachusetts, where he played a key role in restructuring care models, mentoring nurse practitioners, and advancing evidence-based practice.

Dr. Aujla has been actively involved in medical education throughout his career, serving as a Chief Resident and later as an Associate Professor of Medicine, fostering the next generation of healthcare providers.

In 2018, he joined Charter Health, taking on the role of Medical Director at three skilled nursing facilities. He considers this role among the most rewarding of his career, working closely with tight-knit, dedicated teams focused on delivering compassionate and accountable care.

Since November 2022, Dr. Aujla has been part of Vantage, where he continues to serve as Medical Director and attending physician in skilled nursing facilities. His responsibilities have expanded to include the care of residents in assisted living communities, furthering his commitment to high-quality, team-based geriatric care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Aujla enjoys fishing, gardening, and, most importantly, spending quality time with his family.

Andrea Gerrish

Andrea is a Registered Nurse that joined Exeter Center in April 2025 and has recently advanced to the position of Director of Nursing. Andrea is a passionate nursing leader who believes that exceptional care begins with a supported and inspired nursing team. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, she brings a hands-on leadership style focused on mentorship, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Andrea is deeply committed to enhancing patient & resident outcomes and creating a positive, professional environment where nurses can grow and thrive.

Outside of work Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, camping, travelling, and reading.

Brett Coffey

Brett received his associates degree from Hesser College as a PTA in 2008 and his Bachelors of Science from Franklin Pierce University in 2010. He has been working as a PTA for Genesis Rehab Services for 9 years. Before transferring to Exeter Center he worked in various other affiliated buildings throughout NH. He began the Director of Rehab training program at Langdon of Exeter in 2017 and shortly after was moved to Exeter Center. He is married with two beautiful children that take up the majority of his free time.

Ian McAlister

Ian started at Exeter Center in January of 2024. He has been in the healthcare industry for over five years. Before joining the Company, he was a Family Outreach Worker at Easter Seals, where he primarily worked in a residential setting with children. Ian graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from the University of Maine at Farmington. He also played collegiate baseball there. During his free time he enjoys building Lego sets, collecting Vinyls, motorcycle rides, and quality time with his son.

Alexia Firman

Alexia began her career with Genesis in 2020 as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), where she quickly stood out for her compassion, professionalism, and commitment to patient care. Over the years, her strong work ethic and dedication to excellence helped her advance to her current role as Senior Admissions Director. In this position, Alexia plays a key role in ensuring each patient experiences a smooth and seamless transition from the hospital to the center. She takes great pride in building trusting relationships with patients, families, and healthcare partners, and she thrives on open and effective communication that supports both comfort and confidence during the admissions process.

Outside of work, Alexia enjoys spending her free time fishing—a hobby that allows her to relax, recharge, and appreciate the quiet moments in nature. Her balance of professional dedication and personal passion makes her a valued leader and an inspiring part of the Genesis team.
