Ndive Lambert
AdministratorNdive has worked in Long Term Care for 17 years. He states that his passion for caring is what led him to be becoming a nurse. Lamberts's goal is to always make sure that his patents get the highest standard of care. He has been married to his beautiful wife for 18 years and they have been blessed with 4 beautiful children. In his spare time he loves spending time with his family.

Natalie Adams, BSW
Admissions DirectorNatalie received her BSW from Lock Haven University in 1985. She has worked for the Philadelphia Corporation of Aging and has worked in long-term care for 17 years. Natalie initially worked as the Director of Social Service for six years and currently as Admissions Director. Long-term care has been a passion of Natalie's since her teenage years.

Arpana Lingaraj, M.A. CCC-SLP
Rehabilitation DirectorArpana Lingaraj has been a speech-language pathologist for over 20 years. She has experience in multiple settings including acute care, acute rehabilitation, outpatient, home health, and skilled nursing. Clinical supervision is her passion, which is evidenced by her 5 years spent as a Clinical Supervisor at the University of Maryland and love for providing field supervision for SLP clinical fellowships. The last 6 years with GRS she has served as a senior SLP, and most recently a DOR. She is currently dedicated to advancing dysphagia management in skilled nursing facilities. When she is not at work, you can find Arpana spending time with her family, taking her daughter to lacrosse practices and traveling.
