Tsega Asefaha, LNHA, BS, MHA

Tsega Asefaha is an experienced Health Care Administrator and Executive with a background in federal and state regulatory compliance, budgeting, and reimbursement within sub-acute and long-term care settings. Currently serving as Center Executive Director/Administrator at Genesis Health Care Corporation in New Jersey, Tsega manages the daily operations of a 153-bed facility, ensuring quality healthcare services and adherence to regulations.

Throughout their tenure at Genesis Health Care, Tsega has held roles of increasing responsibility, including Assistant Administrator and Human Resources/Payroll Manager. Tsega has a proven track record of achieving center EBITDARM, improving patient and family satisfaction, and developing successful marketing and retention programs. Recognitions include a 2016 Bronze award from the American Health Care Association and awards for highest staff retention and lowest deficiencies.

Tsega holds a B.S. Degree in Health Care Administration from San Jose State University and a Master's in Health Care Administration from New Jersey City University. Tsega is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (2006) and a Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA, 2018) and is affiliated with the Health Care Association of New Jersey, the Society of Licensed Nursing Home Administrators of New Jersey, and the Essex Regional Ethics Coalition.

Dr. James Agresti, Sr.

Dr. Agresti is the Medical Director at Arbor Glen Center for over 25 years. He attended Seton Hall University and KirksvilleCollege of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a Board Certified by ABOFP in Family Practice, Board Certified by AMDA, a member of the Society of Post Acute and Long Term Care Medicine, a member of Osteopathic Society, has practiced in Primary Care Medicine in Nutley, New Jersey for 50 years. He has privileges at Clara Maass Medical Center, Mountainside Hospital, and St Michael Medical Center. He has 2 children one is also a doctor, 3 grandchildren that he adores and he loves to ski.

Nemesia Munoz

Nemesia has been a dedicated professional within the company for over 20 years. Since 2017, she has served as the Director of Marketing and Admissions at Arbor Glen Center in Cedar Grove, NJ. Nemesia's journey in healthcare began with her role as a Unit Secretary, and she later expanded her expertise as a Floating Admission Coordinator. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in her work.  In her current role, Nemesia fosters a strong social connection between Arbor Glen and the broader community. She plays a vital part in facilitating smooth transitions for clients, building close relationships with families, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nemesia is a proud and loving mom and grandmother to Hunter, Emmy, and Jayce Nolan.

Lenny Vega, PTA

Lenny has been a PTA for 25 years and with the Company for 9 years. Lenny has extensive experience in all areas of Physical Therapy. Those areas include Acute Care, Sub Acute Care, Long Term Care, and Outpatient Orthopedics. On the weekends, Lenny works with at risk youth in the City of Passaic along with the Passaic Police Juvenile Division. Lenny also is an active member of his church, a Eucharistic Minister and sits on the Saint Catherine of Sienna Council. Lenny is also a Gulf War Veteran and has served this country honorably. Now Lenny continues to serve his country, his community and his patients with the same type of distinction, with honor.

Miriam Fiallo, RN, MHA

Miriam Fiallo is a seasoned Director of Nursing with over a decade of nursing experience and more than five years in clinical leadership roles. Known for her strong focus on quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff development, she has led diverse nursing teams in both subacute and long-term care environments. Currently serving as Director of Nursing at Arbor Glen Center, Miriam oversees clinical operations, implements quality improvement initiatives, and ensures a 5-star CMS rating is maintained.

Her leadership has driven improvements in patient outcomes, reduced hospital readmissions, and enhanced resident and family satisfaction. Miriam is also adept at handling regulatory reporting, interdisciplinary coordination, and crisis management—including critical contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is pursuing a Master’s in Healthcare Administration at Chamberlain University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Berkeley College.

Devorah Sinensky

Devorah L. Sinensky, MS, CSW, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social services, geriatric care, and counseling. ​ She currently serves as the Director of Social Services at Arbor Glen Center, where she evaluates medical-related social needs, implements treatment plans, and advocates for residents' individual needs. ​ With a career spanning over three decades, Devorah has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Lutheran Social Ministries, Regency Gardens, and Alaris Health, focusing on admissions, discharge planning, counseling, and improving the quality of life for residents. ​ She is the former owner and director of Geriatric Resource Services, specializing in geriatric care management and expert witness services. ​ Devorah holds a Master of Science in Education in Counseling Psychology from Brooklyn College, a Post-Masters Certificate in Gerontology, and multiple certifications, including Certified Case Manager and Certified Cognitive Stimulation Activity Instructor. ​ Her work has been recognized with awards for excellence in programming and services. ​
