Chante Williams
AdministratorChanté Williams is a Licensed Nursing Healthcare Administrator with experience in organizational leadership and operational management in senior living and skilled nursing facilities. Her expertise includes regulatory compliance, financial operations, strategic planning, and employee and patient engagement. She holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in multiple states. Her career spans various roles, including Executive Director, Assistant Administrator, and Regional Director, with responsibilities ranging from daily operations management to budget oversight and spiritual care.

Dr. Purushotham Surapaneni
Medical DirectorDr. Surapaneni is an Internal Medicine Specialist with over 34 years of experience. He is affiliated with Valley, HUMC and St. Jospeh's Hospital.
Betsy Guzman
Director of RehabilitationBetsy is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist practicing in the state of New Jersey. She has over 15 years of experience working in the skilled nursing (SNF) setting. She received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and a certificate in Organizational Leadership through Philadelphia University.
Venus Rodriguez
Marketing and Admissions DirectorVenus graduated with Honors from Berkeley College, where she received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration (B.B.A.), Health Services Management. She is a proud member of the National Honor Society~ Sigma Alpha Pi. Before being promoted to Marketing and Admission Director at Ridgewood Center in October 2023, she worked as an Assistant Business Office Manager at our sister facility Maple Glen Center where she worked for 2 ½ years. Although sad to leave her Maple Glen family, she looks forward to creating new bonds with her residents and colleagues.
No complaints
Michael G. was at Ridgewood Center a little over 3 weeks and says he could not have done better!
He has “absolutely no complaints about the therapy here”. Through Physical and Occupational therapies, Michael went from needing minimum assistance to only needing distant supervision.
