Rodica Anghel
AdministratorRodica Anghel is a Registered Nurse and a Nursing Home Administrator who has been practicing in Long-term Care since 2003 when she first became a nurse. Rodica worked for many years as a bedside nurse, unit manager, and later on as a clinical reimbursement nurse. She became a Nursing Home Administrator in 2018 and has recently transferred to Exeter Center from another affiliated facility in Massachusetts. Rodica's passion is to make a difference in the life of nursing home residents by improving safety and Quality of Care; she believes that all people deserve to be treated with dignity and have access to quality medical care. Outside of work, Rodica loves to travel within the USA and internationally, meet people from different cultures and try new foods.
Dr. Jatinder Aujla
Medical DirectorDr. Aujla works as medical director at Exeter Center in New Hampshire.
Brett Coffey
Director of RehabilitationBrett received his associates degree from Hesser College as a PTA in 2008 and his Bachelors of Science from Franklin Pierce University in 2010. He has been working as a PTA for Genesis Rehab Services for 9 years. Before transferring to Exeter Center he worked in various other affiliated buildings throughout NH. He began the Director of Rehab training program at Langdon of Exeter in 2017 and shortly after was moved to Exeter Center. He is married with two beautiful children that take up the majority of his free time.
Ian McAlister
Director of Social ServicesIan started at Exeter Center in January of 2024. He has been in the healthcare industry for over five years. Before joining the Company, he was a Family Outreach Worker at Easter Seals, where he primarily worked in a residential setting with children. Ian graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from the University of Maine at Farmington. He also played collegiate baseball there. During his free time he enjoys building Lego sets, collecting Vinyls, motorcycle rides, and quality time with his son.
Heather Orr
Director of NursingHeather began her healthcare career in 2000, as a LNA. She spent most of her time as an LNA at CVNA hospice, which was rewarding to her after losing her mother to cancer in 2001. In 2013, she graduated with a Bachelor’s in nursing from Southern New Hampshire University. She worked as an RN at Catholic Medical Center for 8 years on the medical surgical & cardiac units. In January of 2023, she started a new role as Infection Preventionist and then transitioned to her current DON role at Exeter Center in September of 2023. Heather considers it a privilege working closely with the team & residents at Exeter Center to make a difference in people's lives. In her spare time, she loves being with her children, spending time on her farm with her horses, donkey and other animals.
A source of positivity
My most valuable experience at Exeter Center is having the staff and patients be a source of positivity for me even when I wanted to give up. I was able to get out of my comfort zone and develop relationships with many residents here. Therapy learned to effectively work with me. Some days I needed to be left alone and other days I was pushed to work in therapy without feeling forced. Nursing was great at talking with me and helping me cope with my injuries and frustrations. The Administrator came to talk with me at times when I needed it the most. My goal is to volunteer at Exeter Center to give back the same treatment I received.
Going home strong
Exeter Center is a great place for rehabilitation. I was able to participate in activities and now I am going home strong.
