A Wonderful Experience
"I'm writing to thank you for such a wonderful experience at Holly Manor Center. I came here for rehab after I broke my arm and I have been here for 100 days! I was very happy with therapy, especially Carmel, Lynn and Fred. But all the therapists were wonderful! I was also very happy with the nursing department. My nurses and aides especially caring. I will definitely recommend Holly Manor to anyone I talk to about rehab care. I had and great experience and am thankful!"
A Full Recovery
When our younger sister fell and broke her hip about 10 weeks ago it was tough to find a sub-acute care facility in Morris County willing to take her and get her back to walking. She was under the age of 55, deaf and Downs syndrome, so special needs for sure. Holly Manor clearly stepped up to the challenge. The staff at Holly Manor were so welcoming, and when we asked to tour the facility beforehand on short notice they could not of been nicer. We met with admissions, nurses and the physical/occupational therapy staff and they answered all our questions on how our sister would be cared for and how they would handle communication since our sister is deaf. Our sister was well cared for at Holly Manor not just by one or two people but the entire staff of aides, nurses, physical/occupational/speech therapists, food service, housekeeping, social work and recreational staff. A true team effort there by all staff to rehabilitating their patients and your loved ones. The end result for our sister was a full recovery--walking and moving again like new without the assistance of a cane or walker, and well on her way to returning to her normal life. Holly "Miracle" Manor a big thank you!

With Tremendous Gratitude
I have been reflecting a lot lately about the care that you provided to my grandmother, Marie L. in 2016 and 2017. My family and I will be forever grateful for the individualized support and attention that you provided for Ama. You were always gracious in answering my many questions and supremely helpful in finding and developing resources and activities that made her last months on this earth as comfortable and fulfilling as possible. She was a strong and independent woman, and at the most vulnerable time of her life the care that you provided was invaluable. I hope the bridge club that Ama helped form is still going strong. With tremendous gratitude and hopes that you continue your fine work for years to come.
-Jacki E. (granddaughter of patient).
Grateful
How do I begin to thank you for all you have done for my Mom throughout the past four years? When my mother left Holly Manor following her first time there in rehab, it was only after a short time at home, that she began to show a rapid decline. Following another hospitalization, I knew I needed to make some life decisions with, and for her. My goal was always to have her be safe and live out her years happy, pain free and comfortable. My mom adjusted to her move to Holly Manor more smoothly than I did. I was concerned that you could not giver at Holly Manor, all that I could, if she continued to live at home. Soon I learned how wrong I was. You could and did giver her much more than I would ever have been able to give.
A testimonial from our Medical Director
The dedicated staff at Holly Manor Center have done an outstanding job to keep our most vulnerable population safe. In my observation, I see the staff using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and following safety protocols that have put an abrupt halt in the number of COVID cases. Since the start of the pandemic, the team at Holly Manor designated a dedicated unit for those affected by the virus to keep them separated in their recovery and to stop the spread. Genesis HealthCare dedicated an Admission Observation Unit for all new admissions to monitor them for any symptoms of COVID. I have watched the staff at Holly Manor take on roles and responsibilities at the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic and work tirelessly to keep our residents safe.
- Dr. Gregg Marella, Medical Director at Holly Manor Center
Great staff, high-level care and customer service

The people there have really saved my life and I would recommend this place to anyone.
