Pheasant Wood Center is a skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from illness or injury. Pheasant Wood Center is an AHCA Bronze Quality Award Winner and is VA contracted!

Nicholas Labrie
AdministratorFor over 10 years, Nicholas Labrie has been a noteworthy leader in the Human Services and Healthcare Industry. You may recognize him from his contributions and advocacy for Mental Health programs throughout the State of New Hampshire. Nicholas is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Rivier University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. Nicholas currently resides in Southern New Hampshire and enjoys many of the outdoor activities each season brings including fishing, boating, hiking and spending time with his family. Nicholas is a highly skilled professional with a focus on equity and providing high quality care to the residents at the Genesis Pheasant Wood Center.

Haris Bilal, MD
Medical DirectorDr. Bilal did his medical school from Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his internal medicine residency from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2014. He then moved to New Hampshire, working as a hospital medicine physician at Cheshire Medical Center. He joined post-acute care in 2019, providing medical care to Nursing Home residents. He has served as medical director in various nursing facilities, and is currently enjoying that role here at Genesis Pheasant Wood Center.

Dianna Whitney
Director of NursingDianna began her career at Pheasant Wood Center in 2008 as a licensed nurse aid. With the support of Genesis Healthcare, she earned her Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma in 2009 and received her Registered Nurse degree in 2017. While at Pheasant Wood Center Dianna functioned in many different roles including: charge nurse, unit manager, weekend supervisor, and nurse educator. In January of 2020 Dianna entered a Director in Training program at Genesis Keene Center and assumed the Director of Nursing position there in May 2020. She was extremely happy to have the opportunity to return to Pheasant Wood Center in August 2021 as the Director of Nursing. Dianna’s primary focus is always quality of care and positive outcomes for the residents and families that trust us with their care.

Dana Ormerod OTR/L
Director of RehabilitationDana joined Pheasant Wood Center as Director of Rehabilitation in March of 2020. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 1993 from Queen’s University in Canada. She has brought extensive experience in long term care, acute care and home health services. Dana manages the rehabilitation department that includes speech therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy services. Dana also participates in the discharge planning for our short term rehab residents and the wellness services for our long term care residents.

Roni Conlon
Nurse PractitionerOriginally from Rhode Island Roni moved to this state in the early nineties, Roni has been living in the Monadnock region with her husband for over fifteen years. She has worked in healthcare since moving to New Hampshire in both long-term and acute care settings. Roni obtained her Masters from Walden University in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care specialty. Her goal is to be able to recognize acute care changes in the long-term setting as a preventative measure to ensure positive outcomes for residents. Roni is passionate about quality of life and is deeply committed to all of the patients that are in her care.

Jon Gagne
Admissions DirectorJon is new to the role of Admissions. He has worked as a chef for twelve years, and has obtained an associates in culinary arts and a Bachelors in restaurant/business management from Johnson and Wales University. Jon started working in senior living kitchens throughout New England in 2018 and fell in love with the industry. He now uses his vast knowledge with hospitality in the admissions role, while also achieving his masters degree in healthcare administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
