Crestwood Center is an 81 bed facility located minutes away from the historical oval in Milford, NH. Crestwood can offer residential long-term care, respite care, hospice care, as well as therapy services for those patients who need rehabilitation before returning home.

Hannah Benson
AdministratorHannah started her career with the Company during her Junior year of college when she interned for the summer. Hannah continued her path with us post-college and worked in HR and then pursued an opportunity to take an Administrator in Training position. Hannah is excited to continue her career with us and start her career as an Administrator with Crestwood Center. Hannah will continue to encourage new ideas, build positive relationships with residents, staff, and family, and be an advocate for all.

Dr. Ayobami Ojutalayo
Medical DirectorDr. Ojutalayo is a Board Certified Physician in Family Medicine. Dr. Ojutalayo graduated with an honors degree in biology from the Montclair State University in New Jersey after which he proceeded to acquire a Doctorate from the Ross University School of Medicine in 2007. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the prestigious Dartmouth Medical Residency Program in New Hampshire. During his residency training experience, he developed a passion for teaching other residents and was awarded the best resident teacher in his program. Dr. Ojutalayo has been with the Company for the past five years.

Michelle Humphrey, NP
Nurse PractitionerMichelle started her career in healthcare as an LNA in a Long Term Care Facility roughly 20 years ago. She found her true passion for caring for the elderly and continued her education and eventually became a Registered Nurse and working as a Director of Nursing. She has been the director of LTC centers, opened an Assistant Living/Memory care facility and directed a Home Health department for a CCRC. Michelle received her LPN at Mount Wachusetts Community College, RN/Associates from River Valley Community College, BSN from UMASS Amherst, and MSN/FNP from Mass. College of Pharmacology and Health Science. She starts here at Crestwood as a new Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with decades of nursing experience. Born and raised in Southern NH, Michelle resides in the area with her two children and dog. She enjoys music, art, and reading.

Amanda Perkins
Director of Marketing and AdmissionsAmanda has been with the Company since 2019 starting as a per diem LNA. In 2020 Amanda obtained a management position as the Staffing Coordinator/Payroll. In 2022 she became the Director of Marketing and Admissions. Amanda graduated in 2018 with a Master’s in Health Administration. In her spare time, Amanda can be found coaching her daughters for the local youth cheerleading association where she also serves on the board. She loves to travel and read. Amanda aspires to become an Administrator one day.

Karen Newpower
Director of RehabilitationWe are excited to welcome Karen Newpower as our new Director of Rehabilitation. Karen chose her career in Speech Language Pathology after visiting the American School for the Deaf in her home state of Connecticut. She graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with her Bachelors and Master of Arts degrees in Speech Language Pathology. Karen has worked in acute care, acute inpatient rehab, outpatient therapy, home health, and skilled nursing facilities. She has worked in management roles for the majority of her career as a Director of Rehabilitation and as an Area Director. Karen loves helping residents reach their goals and seeing the smiles on their faces. She enjoys bringing her pup, Fionn, and therapy donkeys to visit at nursing and assisted living facilities. She and her husband reside here in Southern New Hampshire.

Lisa Gray
Director of Social ServicesI am a dedicated social worker with many years of experience specializing in supporting the older population. My career has included meaningful roles within Veterans Affairs, where I worked to improve the lives of veterans and their families. As a therapist for older adults, I have provided compassionate care and guidance, helping clients navigate the challenges they face. My expertise extends to intensive case management and hospice social work, where I focus on delivering comprehensive support during critical times. I am passionate about advocating for the needs of older adults and ensuring they receive the high-quality care they deserve.In My spare time I enjoy spending time with my Husband, Children and grandchildren. Lisa is a proud member and tribal council chief of the Pocasset Wampanoag tribe.
